My doc just upped my lithium.

I am noticing a lot of cognitive problems. I forget things, I lose
things, etc.

Right now, I am going to school.

Does anyone use aids to help them with their cognitive problems?

I would be interested in knowing.

I'm on lithium and have the same kinds of problems.

I don't know how you study but the following help me. Reading the text
out loud. Underlining as I go. Outlining the book from the
underlining. Reading the outline back to myself out loud, It
increases the study time, but it helps with the retention.

I find I can learn more things about things I already know. New things
come hard and require a great deal of work.
