Hi,

I'm a new member, and was wondering of others experiences with
Seroquel. Seroquel was given to me , to help me sleep about a month
back, when I was first diagnosed and having troubles sleeping due to a
Hypo-manic episode.

Well I do sleep somewhat, when I take it,lately I've been feeling
stifled and I'm wondering if this is a result of the Seroquel. Right
now, I'm also taking Abilify and also wondering if I really need to be
on two anti-pyschotic medications at the same time.

Any feedback on this would be appreciated.

Antipsychotics can have a dulling effect, so it is entirely possible
that Seroquel, Abilify, or the combination is causing the effect
you've noticed. You should talk to your doctor about changing doses,
and perhaps dropping one of them.

Thanks for getting back to me. I know I shouldn't but I started
cutting my dose in half (from 50mg to 25mg). I am going to ask about
going off the Seroquel at the next meeting I have with my doctor.
