risperdal & lamictal

I recently took myself off of risperdal & lamictal at the same time without
tell in pdoc. I have not had any side effects from removing myself off of
these drugs. My question is am I heading in a bad direction mentally?

You should never go off medications without telling your doctor. You do not say
how long it's been, so a reasonable answer can't be provided.
