Treating sexual dysfunction

I've added a new chapter to my book, "Medicines for Mental Health."
The new chapter is devoted to medical treatments for sexual
dysfunction, and is about evenly split between treatments of general
usefulness, and treatments for dysfunction caused by antidepressant
medication.

There is a short part at the end about treating sexual dysfunction
caused by antipsychotic medications. It needs more work, but I've had
difficulty finding useful information on the subject. (If you know of
any solutions in this area, please let me know.)

The new version is available on my Web site now. I have not yet
uploaded the prescribing information for the new drugs mentioned in
the book, but should have that done in a week or so.
