Thanks for reading this. Has anyone ever seen, heard of, or
experienced a manic episode, ataxic gait, thick stressed speech and
hypertension as a result of a person stopping their topomax in a wrong
"weaning" dose? The person stopped virtually altogether insted of a
sliding decending dose. BTW, the medication was Rx'd for prophylaxis
of severe migrains. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thank
you!

I did have a hyper manic episode from stopping the Topamax. I stopped
sleeping for weeks on end until I was put on Seroquel. My pyschatirst
said that my hyper manic episode had been pushed to the surface from
the Topamax.
