Dysphoric Mania vs. Mixed Mania

Can anyone please explain the difference between Dysphoric Mania and
Mixed Mania?

We were at a NAMI conference, and this doctor explained to us that they
were both the same.

Any help would be appreciated.

They are the same thing--the doc was right. :) I get them all the time. :(
