I recently realized that the depression I was having was not the same as
what I went through in most of my childhood. It was not being controlled
through expression, isolation, fantasy or competition.
I have decided to start going to a form of therapy and stay away from
medication. Part of what has been suggested to me is to seek out others. As
a confirmed loner, this has been most interesting.
What is the difference between the moderated group and the one that is not
(besides 40K messages of junk?)
BTW, my name Flash has been my nickname since grade school. It is a
reference to the comic book character as I was always running.

ASDM is an open news group--pretty much anything goes there, including spam,
trolls and fights.

ASDMM is a moderated group, which means there is no spam, no flames, only civil
conversation. ASDMM tends to be a more intimate site, as it is smaller.
